Midwest Telephone Systems has served over 3000 customers throughout Central Indiana and Illinois for over 13 years. We are the oldest Toshiba Distributor in Indiana and Illinois with offices serving the Indianapolis, Terre Haute, and Columbus Metropolitan Areas. We recognize our excellent reputation for service as a key factor in our growth and only by offering superior service can we look forward to continued success in our industry.

The degree of professional service provided after the installation is a critical measure of a telephone equipment company's performance. At Midwest Telephone Systems we initiate strong, lasting relationships with our customers through our sales, installation, service and training performance. Most important, we are committed to maintaining that relationship with service. 100% of our employees are devoted exclusively to providing the highest customer service.

Our service employees are manufacturer certified on the equipment we install and maintain. Midwest Telephone Systems continually upgrades the knowledge of its technical staff through various manufacturer training programs. Midwest Telephone Systems technicians service all types of systems in our coverage area. On a system installed outside our service area, we contract a qualified vendor to provide maintenance for you.

Midwest Telephone Systems maintains an inventory of spare parts and equipment at its offices in Indianapolis and Terre Haute. This too ensures rapid availability of replacement parts. Midwest Telephone Systems also maintains an "emergency system" to respond to catastrophes within 24 hours. Our maintenance supervisors receive calls 24 hours a day. Midwest Telephone Systems guarantees response to a Major System Failure within 4 hours of receiving a call from our customer's authorized representative (within the coverage area).
