The products selected by our customers are installed and serviced by factory trained and authorized technicians. Our specially trained Customer Service Representatives will be on site to train your employee, before and after any installation, in the efficient use of the equipment. Our technicians and CSR's have direct access to technical support and sales application personal through TOSHIBA.

A one (1) year warranty is included with all new telecommunications and Voice Processing systems. We offer a guaranteed response time of no more than four (4) hours for problems resulting in complete interruption on telephone service. If minor problems occur, which do not interrupt service, we will respond no later than the next business day. Optional service/support agreements are available from us for our customers, when requested.
